Thom's Commission's TOS

Please take your time to read everything in the Term Of Services before making any purchases, after you finishes reading the TOS, you'll able to return or redirect to the commission site.1. Before commission, client MUST read the whole TOS and agree with my terms before commission, client is responsible for any violation / losses if they didn't read the TOS beforehand.2. Client MUST discuss the commission details with me and me personally confirm the order before make any payments, If client filed a invalid payment without my knowledge beforehand, I'm not responsible and there will be no refunds.3. Client must to pay 50% Upfront before sketch, the other 50% will be paid after sketch with client's approval, the best option is to pay full price but depends on client's preferences, there's different situation related to cancelation will be listed below:
>If an order is cancelled before I start the sketch you'll be refund Full 100%.
>If an order is cancelled after sketch before approval I get to keep the 50% Upfront.
>If an order is cancelled after sketch after approval I get to keep the Full price.4. Late payment is allow but not recommend, if client have not make any payments within a week, any commission proposal made before sketch will be cancel, if client already made a upfront payment, commission will force completion / refund the client, this is excluded client who pay full price upfront.5. I will have small benefits for clients like Holiday Sales or Discounts, client can contact me for more informations, but if any client that beg / offer personal's benefits will result client be blacklist from future benefits / commissions.6. Every finished normal illustration commission will be post on Twitter or other social medias, client have an option for staying "Anonymous / Request a private commission".
(Suggestive Art Are Excluded)7. Every commission will be finish within a 2 month period, if I wasn't able to finish any work within the timeframe I'll inform client for more time / refund (Vgen).
